Main Theme of King of Tanks


Today I came across another game called King of Tanks. This naming coincidence made me think what could be unique about my game.

The unique thing about 'my' King of Tanks is the theme; where the king tank has a limited command range but within this range the king commands everything. When tanks of the king get out of the command range, they will pursue their duties but the king will not be able to give orders to them until they return back from duty. This theme might have been implemented for the first time in tank games.

The king is similar to the king in chess. Destroying the opponent's king is enough to win a battle. So you may think of very smart ways to access the opponent's king and win even if you had less number of tanks than your opponent.

Another thing about the game is that the king is very strong at the back ranks. It can heal its tanks, it can fire more rapidly, and it can command to fire at critical locations.

So if you are a tactical player who likes to command from the back ranks and get involved in direct action when necessary you would find King of Tanks interesting and fun.
