that's absolutely my new favourite game, but if you add some more things it would be the best: - would prefer to have car damage (i dont ask for a beamng detail level, just add some smoke if there is a big crash, wheels breaking, camera shaking...) - a button to toggle auto respawn so i can decide if i want to respawn or try getting back on the road by myself - also add more maps like city, forest, highway, etc. - I also would like a menu to change the controls because the positions of the manual gear keyboard controls (g,v,b), for example, are uncomfortable -if there is a police chase mode it would be perfect -also the car interiors need a little more things to add like mirrors (if they dont work it isnt a problem), side windows, passenger seat etc
i think with a game with added details as those i listed would be even purchasable with money!
Those are great ideas. Some of them are easy to develop and some are not so. I sometimes think about developing a second version but haven't been able to find the spare time. Your feedback is a treasure. Thank you so much!
a second version would be great, just take some time in the holidays or something and a step at a time you can make it! you also don't have to do all of this in one time, you can do many little updates. Also i'm curious about what game engine you use...

Nice game, there aren't many of this kind with semi-realistic physics. Also really loving the bumps and how the cars behave on them. Adaptive difficulty is also a very welcome thing. Hopefully there will be some kind of goal added, a rouguelike reach destination with car upgrades maybe?
I was thinking about getting on and off a truck while the truck is in motion. Imagine a cop is chasing you, the truck is your friend, and you get on it and avoid the cop. Many other scenarios can be imagined :)
The game gets better when you get used to the controls. I recommend the Race mode (press M or press the button at the bottom right which says "Sport") for fast drivers because in the Race mode the driving wheel becomes more sensitive. It will be more challenging but the car will respond quicker to your inputs.

Didn’t expect this game to work on Linux.

I'm a bit single task person so I need several spare weeks in a row to develop the second version but I'll consider your suggestions. Thank you again.
I used BabylonJS for 3D graphics and audio. It is a very good game engine.

Currently, I use these settings to drift:
I use manual transmission (see right bottom corner) to have better control. Also you can use the Tires: Drift option.
